About Lucy

Lucy gained a BSc Hons Human Physiotherapy degree in 2017 at The University of Hertfordshire, from here Lucy specialised in private musculoskeletal outpatients and within the film industry gaining experience and developing her skills. From here she undertook a MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy to expand her knowledge to allow treatment of largely canine, equine and farm animals.
Gaining a masters in veterinary physiotherapy allows Lucy to be a member of ACPAT (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy). The title 'Chartered Physiotherapist' is protected by law and can only be used by physiotherapists who have achieved a high level of academic and practical training in all aspects of physiotherapy and are consequently qualified and registered to practice.
Lucy works with you and your animal individually to create a tailored problem list and treatment plan, whether this be related to performance, pain, post surgery, gait alteration etc. Therefore, animal physiotherapy is used to restore and maintain an animal's mobility, function and performance.

What Owners Say
"Highly Recommend"
Huge thank you to Lucy for assessing my two boys today who are only 5! Highly recommend Lucy, she’s such a natural professional and is so good with the horses. Looking forward to working along side her to get them going as best as we can 😁
"Absolutely Amazing"
Absolutely amazing, cannot recommend Lucy enough, she managed to get me running again as before I was in so much pain, so wouldn’t use anyone else for my horse as I trust her implicitly.

"Super-Impressed"
I was super-impressed with Lucy's diagnostic abilities, her handling of the horses (the older one is 16.3 and was not happy about having things done where he was sore, but she just coaxed him into it :-) ) and her patience explaining everything to me as she worked. And I really appreciate the reports on each horse that I received after. So glad you could make it to do my boys, Lucy, and it will be a regular event to keep them in a good place!!
